The Unison Fruit and Vegetable Washing Machine uses air-bubble agitation, water circulation, brushing and spray rinsing to remove soil and surface impurities from fresh produce.
A high-pressure fan or water pump creates strong water movement inside the washing tank, gently tumbling the material for thorough cleaning with reduced water consumption. Adjustable conveyor and washing speeds allow the machine to accommodate different products and contamination levels.
The system is constructed from food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel and can be customized or integrated into complete washing and processing lines.
