The Unison Nut Granule Cutting Machine is designed for uniform cutting and grading of peanuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, chestnuts, soybeans, biscuits and other food materials.

Its precision cutting system produces consistent granules with minimal fines, while the integrated vibrating screen separates the finished material according to the required particle size. The machine is ideal for nut-processing plants, bakeries, snack factories and food-ingredient manufacturers.

Working Principle

Raw materials are loaded into the feeding hopper and transferred steadily to the cutting chamber by an adjustable conveyor belt. Ten precision blades cut the material into uniform granules.

After cutting, the product passes through a vibrating grading screen, where different particle sizes are separated. Granule size can be adjusted by changing the conveyor speed: a slower feed speed increases the cutting frequency and produces finer particles.
