The Unison Nut Powder Making Machine is designed to process roasted peanuts and other nuts into coarse granules, fine particles or powder. Adjustable particle sizing provides the flexibility required for different recipes and production needs.

It is ideal for preparing fillings and ingredients for rice dumplings, filled cookies, bakery products, confectionery and snack foods, making it a versatile addition to nut-processing lines.

Working Principle

The Unison Nut Powder Making Machine uses precision-machined rollers to crush roasted nuts into granules or powder. Flexible copper scrapers continuously remove material residue from the roller surfaces, supporting consistent processing and hygienic operation.

Particle size can be adjusted from 10 to 40 mesh according to the required texture and machine configuration.

Available Configurations

• Single-Roller Model: One crushing stage with an adjustable output of 10–20 mesh, ideal for coarse nut granules and fillings.

• Double-Roller Model: Two-stage crushing for improved particle consistency, with an adjustable output of 10–20 mesh.

• Triple-Roller Model: Three-stage processing for both granules and fine powder. The smooth final rollers can produce powder up to 40 mesh.
