The Unison Peanut and Cocoa Bean Peeling Machine is designed for the initial peeling stage in peanut and cocoa processing. It efficiently removes skins from products of varying sizes, delivering consistent peeling results with minimal kernel damage. The machine is an ideal solution for peanut, cocoa bean and coated-snack production lines.
The Unison Peanut and Cocoa Bean Peeling Machine is designed for high-capacity dry peeling and kernel separation. It efficiently removes the skins from roasted peanuts, cocoa beans and similar products while accommodating materials of varying sizes.
With its integrated peeling, conveying, screening and air-separation system, the machine delivers a peeling rate of up to 98–99%. It is suitable for peanut butter, cocoa, snack and other food-processing lines requiring clean, uniform kernels.
Raw materials enter the machine through the feeding hopper and fall onto the peeling rollers. Continuous friction between the rollers and the material removes the outer skins and separates the kernels.
A screw conveyor moves the processed material toward the vibrating screen. During screening, the suction fan removes loose skins and lightweight impurities, while the cleaned kernels are discharged separately. The system can also split peanut kernels and remove the germs when required.
