The Unison Electromagnetic Drum Roaster is an energy-efficient solution for drying and roasting peanuts, sesame seeds, fava beans, coffee beans, sunflower seeds and other granular food products.

The machine combines electromagnetic induction heating with a continuously rotating drum to provide fast, uniform and precisely controlled roasting. Heat is transferred directly to the drum, reducing heat loss and improving thermal efficiency compared with conventional resistance heating.

The variable-frequency drive allows operators to adjust the drum speed according to the product type and desired roasting level. This helps achieve consistent color, flavor and quality while reducing the risk of under-roasting or scorching.
